Design, build and long-term service
In-ground pool installation
A project with a schedule, not a purchase with a delivery date.
In-ground design and installation across Lake of the Ozarks and Rolla. We’ll give you a real timeline and a real number, and we service what we build.

The two things that move an Ozarks pool schedule
Rock and water. The Ozarks sit on limestone and dolomite, and how deep you have to go before you hit it varies enormously from one lot to the next — sometimes from one end of a lot to the other. Excavation that assumed soil and found rock is the single most common reason an in-ground project goes over both its budget and its schedule.
The second is the water table, which matters more near the lake than inland. It affects the structure choice, the hydrostatic relief, and what happens if the pool is ever drained. It’s also the reason draining a fiberglass shell at the lake is genuinely risky rather than merely inadvisable.
Both of these are knowable before you sign anything, and both are reasons we won’t hand you a price off a floor plan. A site visit costs you nothing and it’s the difference between a number that holds and a number that moves.
Design and quote
We come out, look at access, slope, rock, drainage and where the sun actually falls, and talk through what fits — including whether an in-ground is the right call at all. Some lots are much better served by a good above-ground and a deck, and we’d rather say that than sell you the larger job.
Build
Excavation, structure, plumbing, equipment pad, electrical and finish. Timelines run in weeks and weather moves them, which we’ll be straight about rather than promising a date we can’t hold. You get updates as it progresses rather than silence.
Service afterward
We service what we build. That matters more than it sounds — when the people who installed the plumbing are the people diagnosing a leak eight years later, you skip a lot of guessing.
Design and quote
Site visit covering access, slope, rock, drainage and sun. No number before we've seen the lot.
Build
Excavation through finish, with permits handled and honest updates on schedule.
Service after
Weekly plans, openings, closings and repairs from the crew that built it.
Questions we get
How long does it take?
Typically several weeks from excavation to water, and weather moves it. We'll give you a real range rather than a date we can't hold.
What does an in-ground cost?
Too dependent on size, structure, site and finish to quote honestly in the abstract. The site visit is free and it's where you get a number that means something.
What about rock?
Common here and the main thing that moves a budget. We assess it before quoting rather than discovering it with an excavator running.
Vinyl, fiberglass or concrete?
Each suits different lots and budgets. Water table matters near the lake, and that pushes the answer in specific directions. We'll walk through it on site.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, as part of the project.
Will you service it afterward?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Knowing how the plumbing was run saves real money on diagnostics later.
