Weekly service
Weekly is what we recommend for anything that gets used, and it's required on rental properties. A pool left ten days between visits in July is a pool you're recovering rather than maintaining.

Bi-weekly service
Two visits a month. Workable on a lightly used pool with good circulation and a cover. We'll tell you honestly whether yours is one of those.

One-time
Initial service — $349
A full reset before regular service starts. Equipment and system inspection, water chemistry corrected, deep clean, filter service, and full flush-out or green-pool recovery if the pool needs it.
Pools already in good shape often don't need this, and we'll tell you when that's the case rather than adding it by default.
Not included
Billed separately on every plan
So there are no surprises on an invoice:

- Filter cleans and salt system service (Standard and Essential)
- Leak detection
- Equipment repair and installation
- Spa and hot tub care
- Chemicals
We don't offer separate vacation coverage — your regular service runs whether you're there or not.
Questions we get
Are chemicals included in the monthly price?
No. Chemicals are billed separately from the plan. Every service report tells you what the pool needed and why, so nothing appears on an invoice unexplained.
Is there a contract?
No. Nothing to sign and no cancellation fee. Call or text and we'll take you off the route.
Weekly or bi-weekly — which do I need?
Weekly for anything used regularly, and for every rental. Bi-weekly can work for a lightly used pool with good circulation and a cover, but it leaves a gap where algae gets a head start in July. We'd rather tell you that up front than sell you the cheaper plan and fight the water all season.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can reach the pool area. Most of our lake customers are never there when we come, which is exactly why the report matters.
What's the $349 initial service?
A full reset before regular service starts: equipment and system inspection, water chemistry corrected, deep clean, filter service, and green-pool recovery if it needs it. Pools already in good shape often don't need it, and we'll say so.
What isn't included in any plan?
Openings, closings, leak detection, equipment repair and installation, and spa or hot tub care are all billed separately. Filter cleans and salt system service are included on Elite only.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Most people start on Essential and move up or down once they see how their pool actually behaves through a season.
Do you cover me while I'm on vacation?
We don't offer separate vacation coverage. Your regular service runs whether you're there or not, which is the same thing in practice.
